1. About Tiny Tots
Tiny Tots Kindergarten ("Tiny Tots", the "kindergarten", or "we") is a kindergarten located in Al Khalidiyah District, inside Diamond Village Compound, Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
We provide early childhood education and care programs including Pre-K, KG1, KG2, and KG3, as well as early intervention support and related services.
2. Parent or guardian authority
Registration and enrollment must be completed by a parent, legal guardian, or another person legally authorized to act on the child's behalf.
By submitting a registration request, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that the information you provide is true and complete, that you have legal authority to make decisions for the child, and that you will notify Tiny Tots of any relevant change.
3. Information published on the website
We take reasonable steps to keep the information on our website accurate and current. Program descriptions, schedules, activities, available places, fees, discounts, staff, facilities, and other information may change from time to time.
Information on the website is for general information only. It is not a guarantee of admission, of a place being available, of a particular educational outcome, or that a specific program or staff member will remain available.
4. Registration and admission
Submitting a registration form or contacting Tiny Tots does not automatically guarantee admission. Admission depends on available places, the child's age and program fit, completion of required documents, payment of due fees, any reasonably required assessments or interviews, and Tiny Tots accepting the application in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Tiny Tots may request documents including identity documents, birth certificates, immunization records, photos, emergency contact details, and other information reasonably needed for enrollment, safety, and legal compliance. The parent or guardian is responsible for ensuring that all submitted information and documents are accurate and up to date.
5. Educational programs and services
Tiny Tots offers programs including Pre-K, KG1, KG2, KG3, and early intervention support. We aim to provide a nurturing learning environment that blends Montessori practices with an American curriculum approach.
Educational development differs from child to child. Any reference to developmental goals, academic skills, school readiness, or expected progress describes program aims. It is not a guarantee that every child will achieve a particular outcome within a set time.
6. Early intervention services
Our early intervention program may provide individualized educational and developmental support, assessments and observations, and collaboration with families.
Unless a licensed healthcare professional expressly states otherwise, information and support provided by Tiny Tots are not a medical or psychological diagnosis, not medical treatment, and not a substitute for specialized medical advice. If we believe further specialist assessment may be in the child's interest, we may recommend that the parent or guardian consult a qualified specialist.
7. Fees and payments
The parent or guardian is informed of applicable fees before enrollment or before purchasing a service. Tiny Tots may offer annual payment, installment plans, daily attendance and payment arrangements, or other plans announced by Tiny Tots.
Fees, discounts, sibling discounts, promotions, and payment arrangements may vary and are subject to availability and the written terms confirmed at enrollment. A payment is complete only after Tiny Tots or its approved payment provider confirms receipt. Parents and guardians are responsible for paying amounts by the agreed due dates. Any taxes required under applicable Saudi laws will be added where due.
8. Cancellation, withdrawal, and refunds
Cancellation and refund rights are handled in accordance with applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and any enrollment or fee agreement provided to you.
Where Saudi e-commerce rules apply to a service contract concluded electronically, the consumer's statutory cancellation rights apply. Unless the law requires otherwise, any additional refund or withdrawal arrangements — including how registration fees, deposits, installments, or prepaid tuition are treated after services have started — are subject to the written enrollment and fee policy disclosed to the parent or guardian.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer right under Saudi law. If Tiny Tots cancels a paid service it cannot provide, any refund due will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the relevant enrollment agreement.
9. Attendance and absence
Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring regular, on-time attendance according to the child's agreed program, and should notify Tiny Tots of absences where reasonably possible.
Absence does not automatically create a right to a refund, credit, or makeup day unless agreed in writing or required by law. Tiny Tots may adjust hours or temporarily suspend activities where reasonably necessary because of official holidays, government instructions, safety issues, emergencies, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
10. Health, allergies, and medical information
Parents and guardians must provide Tiny Tots with information reasonably needed to protect the child's health and safety, including relevant allergies, medical conditions, dietary restrictions, medications, disabilities or additional support needs, emergency medical information, and infectious or communicable illnesses.
Parents must tell us immediately of any material change to this information. Tiny Tots may contact a parent, guardian, emergency contact, healthcare provider, or emergency services where reasonably necessary to protect the child's health or safety. Parents should not bring a child to Tiny Tots if attendance would breach applicable health requirements or pose a material health risk to the child or others.
11. Child safety and authorized pickup
Children may be collected only by a parent, guardian, or another person duly authorized under Tiny Tots pickup and safety procedures. Tiny Tots may request proof of identity before releasing a child. Parents and guardians must keep authorized pickup persons and emergency contacts up to date.
12. Conduct and school community standards
We aim to maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for children, families, and staff. Parents, guardians, visitors, and children must follow the reasonable safety and conduct requirements communicated by Tiny Tots.
Tiny Tots reserves the right to address any conduct that poses a material risk to the safety, well-being, or rights of children, staff, or other families, in accordance with applicable law and any enrollment agreement in force.
13. CCTV, photography, and media content
Tiny Tots uses CCTV and monitoring systems in selected locations for safety, security, child protection, and operational purposes. CCTV recordings and other personal data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection requirements in the Kingdom.
Access to CCTV recordings may be limited to authorized persons and may be disclosed where the law requires or permits. Photos or videos intended for promotional or marketing use are handled according to applicable consent requirements. Where consent is required, parents or guardians are free to grant or withhold it.
14. Transportation
Tiny Tots may help families connect with transportation providers in Jeddah. Unless Tiny Tots states in writing that it provides the transport service itself, third-party transport providers operate independently and are responsible for their own services.
We advise parents to review a provider's qualifications, terms, safety arrangements, fees, and insurance coverage before using third-party transport.
15. Personal data and privacy
We process information about parents, guardians, and children in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the Personal Data Protection Law and its implementing regulations. Please review the Privacy Policy before submitting any personal information through this website or registering a child.
16. Use of the website
